Douglas GT8 Tattoo Studio – Danvers, MA
By booking an appointment with Douglas GT8 Tattoo Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Age Requirement
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo.
A valid government-issued photo ID will be required at the time of your appointment.
No exceptions.
Deposits
A $200 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.
Your deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo. This policy is in place to protect the artist's time
and ensure serious bookings.
Rescheduling
We understand that life happens.
You may reschedule your appointment once if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
The original deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment. Failure to reschedule with at
least 24 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit and the need to submit a new one to rebook.
Cancellations & No-Shows
If you cancel your appointment or do not show up, your deposit will be forfeited. No-shows may result
in being blocked from booking future sessions.
Artwork & Design Policy
All tattoos created at Douglas GT8 Tattoo Studio are custom, original works of art.
We do not copy or replicate other artists’ work. Inspiration is welcomed, but the final design will be created based on
Douglas’s vision and professional artistic direction.
Health & Safety
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are in good health and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol during your session.
You understand that receiving a tattoo involves some risk and accept full responsibility for any consequences.
