How do I book an appointment?

To begin the booking process, fill out the inquiry form on the Booking page. Be as detailed as possible — include your concept, preferred placement, size, and reference images if available. Douglas personally reviews each request and responds with availability and next steps if it’s a good fit.

Do you accept walk-ins?

No. Douglas operates by appointment only, with a one-client-per-day schedule to ensure every tattoo receives full attention and time. All projects must be booked in advance through the online inquiry form.

Can I bring my own design?

You’re welcome to submit ideas and references, but Douglas creates custom artwork for every client. He may incorporate your concept into a design that fits his style and ensures quality, longevity, and flow with your body.

How much does a tattoo cost?

Pricing depends on the size, detail, and placement of the piece. Douglas offers flat-day rates and session pricing for larger work. Once your design is approved, you’ll receive a quote before booking is confirmed.

What style of tattoos do you specialize in?

Douglas focuses on black and gray realism, including portrait work, anatomical elements, statues, and nature-inspired compositions. He takes on projects that align with his style and artistic strengths.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Get a good night’s sleep, eat a solid meal beforehand, and stay hydrated. Wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the tattoo area. Feel free to bring headphones, snacks, or anything that helps you stay relaxed during the session.

What’s your reschedule or cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please notify at least 72 hours in advance to move your appointment without losing your deposit. Last-minute cancellations may require a new deposit to rebook.

How do I take care of my tattoo after the session?

Aftercare instructions will be provided in-studio. Generally, keep the tattoo clean, avoid direct sun, and moisturize as recommended. Healing time varies depending on placement and size, but you’ll be guided through the entire process.
